Here is some more info from wikipedia:
Nicholas Swardson (born October 9, 1976) is an American actor and stand-up comedian from St. Paul, Minnesota.
He was asked to write the original screenplay for Malibu’s Most Wanted after being noticed by Jamie Kennedy. Nick also works very closely with Adam Sandler and Sandler’s Happy Madison Productions. Nick performs regularly as a stand-up comedian throughout Los Angeles. He has been featured in two of his own Comedy Central Presents stand-up specials.
In 2006, Nick started work on a television pilot called Gay Robot about a gay robot that was built by a university professor. He also began a feud with Hollywood Bitchslap film critics Chris Parry and David Cornelius. The arguments started when Swardson wrote to them complaining of their poor reviews. Parry and Cornelius rebutted, as the debate continued, it has finally ceased. Swardson is also an excellent ping pong player.
Good luck with your hunt.
